Abstract :
A new method for the estimation of the DOA is introduced and named as TF-RARE method. The proposed method includes two steps. First, we construct time-frequency correlation matrix, then estimates DOA of the signals via RARE methods. The localization of the signals with different time-frequency signatures permits the division of the time-frequency domain into smaller regions. By using different time-frequency regions, the direction of the interested signals can be estimated. Simulations are presented to show the superior performance of the method.
