Abstract :
We describe the problem of conjunctions of coordinations in the French language. The paper treats textual data. Most document retrieval for user queries can be specified in the form of Boolean expressions. There is uncertainty and flaws in combining queries. Many of the ambiguities in text are due to the use of classical methods of computing. The idea of the work is to extract the “reach” of the coordination (conjunction) in an information system and to examine the importance of punctuation with statistical methods. A textual algorithm is presented for detection and correction of punctuation signs
