Abstract :
How to apply the mathematical model to determine the ratio coefficient of distributing benefit in industry-university cooperation is a difficult problem. Based on the terms of payment mode is mixed this paper studied benefit distribution in industry-university cooperation, This paper deduced the formula for calculating the best ratio coefficient through build the mathematical model, Finally use the specific data of AB corporation co-operative project made confirmatory calculation to illustrates the feasibility of the model.
