Project cost of construction enterprises includes direct costs and indirect costs. The absence of segregation in responsibilities, the barriers exits in cost information transmitting, lack of cost control criteria, the low technological level of construction workers, lack of cost analysis and evaluation mechanism are the main problems exit in project cost control of construction enterprises. The paper puts forward countermeasures on these problems such as pre-planning the cost of construction projects, controlling on the labor costs during construction cost, assuring bulk materials purchased by bidding, implementing limited-materials system, management on turnover materials and turnover utensils, using lump-sum approach on supplementary materials, controlling over the construction period, controlling over mechanical cost, controlling over the project quality and establishing mechanisms for cost analysis and evaluation.
