With the maturing of information technology, people have begun to explore and discover information technology using value in the higher level. It is expected that through a combination of artificial intelligence and data mining theory, information technology can provide a more efficient discovery, dissemination and sharing of knowledge method, and exert their fullest potential. All the aspect of these complex applications is summarized as "Knowledge Management". However, the practical application of information technology can really reach the level defined by the concept? Is the concept reasonable? What is its mislead in reality? It is precisely based on these queries, this paper explore the significance of the concept "Knowledge Management". From the characteristics that "knowledge" is itself abstract and difficult to grasp, this paper proposed and demonstrated the argument that the "knowledge management" is a concept speculation.
