Abstract :
In order to balance the relationship of population, land and Grain in Liaoning Province, the relevant theories were summaried and analyzed, the characteristics of each theory and its shorting was pointed out. Based on feature research, the gray system model was built to forecast the development tendency of the balance between populations, the cultivated land and grain corps. Results show that before 2025 the supply of grain corps does not suffice the need of it.
