Abstract :
To ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of electronic documents received or sent by e-government affairs and protects their confidentially and effectiveness in transmission, this paper presents a solution for the electronic seal system based on PKI security system with a core of CA, and detailedly designs every module of the electronic seal system. It can resolve the safety problem of electronic document´s stamp and signature, and assures the authenticity and reliability of electronic documents.
