Research on trust evaluation model for enterprise knowledge dissemination

With the development of economy, knowledge management is becoming a key approach to mold enterprise core competence. Trust has an important impact on knowledge dissemination which is the critical section of knowledge management. But in current research on knowledge dissemination there are few people studying trust evaluation mechanism. In this paper, we analyses effects of trust on enterprise knowledge dissemination and features of trust. Then we proposed a dynamic trust evaluation model, which considers features of trust and knowledge. The model is designed to regard actual factors of organization knowledge dissemination progress including participants, time and environment. All the work is expected helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process.
