On behalf of the Conference Committee, we would like to welcome you to the 2010 International Conference on Solid-State and Integrated-Circuit Technology (ICSICT). The tenth in its series, ICSICT 2010 returns to the exciting city of Shanghai for four days from Nov.1^st to 4^th, just after the 2010 Shanghai EXPO.
