The next 10 years is the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society and accelerating socialist modernization. To adapt to the changes of economic and social development in the international trend, to adapt to the changes of governments at all levels in the functions and management of the new situation, to adapt to new requirements of the development of higher education information, to recognize the difficulties and problems of information of local colleges and to take positive and effective measures to speed up the process of building e-government of local colleges, all of the above are inevitable ways of promoting the modernization of Chinese education.
