Abstract :
In this article a four-stage power amplifier is presented, which uses modified nested Miller compensation to stabilize the amplifier. Simulated results in a 0.35μm CMOS process are presented. Amplifier has a maximum DC output current of 42mA, and small signal bandwidth of 9.5MHz with a load 1000 Ohm|1nF, while consuming 4.6mA at quiescent operation point.
