Effective integration of knowledge from merged enterprises is an important means to improve M&A performance in the integration process afterwards. This paper discusses the connotation and measurement of knowledge integration capability, organizational learning orientation and core competence after M&A of enterprises, analyzes relations among them and lastly proposes a concept model and underlying assumptions of the relations, together with some thoughts on the prospect of future research in this area.
