Abstract :
Surface texturization is a common technological process in solar cell manufacturing aimed at a reduction of the reflection losses. A method is presented for computing such losses in textured surfaces. An optimization of critical parameters of antireflection coatings is performed using several solar cell characteristics and operating conditions. Theoretical results are checked with experimental measurements and compared with those obtained for flat surfaces
