  • Abstract
Increased number of transportations in the Ulaanbaatar city is one major reason of traffic jam and pollution by toxic elements that emitted from engine in the air. Determining amount of toxic elements in the exhaust gas emitted from each car is basis of evaluate ecological payment. Our method is imitation model of car flow, is evaluating amount of the toxic elements after determining time and distance on the car´s moving condition. Comparing our method and traditional method with same section of road in the Ulaanbaatar city, experimental results that used our method of carbon monoxide 2.33-2.5 times, nitrous oxide 1.0-1.2 times, hydrocarbon 1.3-1.8 times and PM 5.5-6.2 times more than traditional results, because more accurately determining car´s moving condition. But there is no estimation of weather influence and the toxic elements that emitted from stopped car with running engine and car with engine was heating excessively.
