Abstract :
A set of generic forms handling capabilities oriented to telecommunications operating company applications is presented. The approach provides for efficient electronic form processing, routing, and tracking with built-in flexibility to adapt to change. This is provided through a set of tools for online configuration of forms and processes, designed to be accessible by operating company personnel. Also discussed are networking requirements, including the need to interwork with existing administration systems. Trouble management is used as a sample application to illustrate these concepts
