Traditionally, the key factor to ensure agricultural sustainable development is to protect natural environment, maintain product balancing and land-intensive management. However, the study shows that the agricultural products deep processing has a much stronger direct effects on agricultural sustainable development^[1]. Therefore, the study view should change to the “economic factors” agriculture sustainable development by combining the “industry chain” function theory and agricultural cycle economic theory to prevent from direct consumption and consuming shoddy primary agricultural products, to oppose the enterprises who force prices down to hurt farmers´ interest. Therefore, the government should promote active policy and balance the benefit allocation relationship between agricultural producers and consumer spending and, lower prices against the acquisition of enterprises and agricultural production processing; the trade association should make scientific and strict standard to evaluate product processing levels; and the enterprises should constantly enhance the independent innovation ability and focus on upgrading the status of the industry chain.
