Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The Based on circular economy theory, the article puts forward 3 indicators representing the coordination degree among economy, energy and environment, for the requirements of coordination development of economic development, energy consumption and environment quality. It makes empirical analysis by real data of China between 1980 and 2009, which deduces and proposes the necessity and urgency that our country should vigorously develop the application of renewable of energy so as to optimize the energy consumption structure in China.
