Abstract :
In order to effectively manage a large number enterprise knowledge scattered in the process, this paper dose some detailed analysis and design in steps and methods of process-oriented knowledge management, puts forward a kind of knowledge management process, creates a route of knowledge accumulation and mining, and knowledge organization and storage from process, which provides a reference for knowledge management practice of small and medium-sized enterprises.
