Abstract
An integrated horn antenna array is investigated in this paper. The construction of the array is mounted on the wafer substrate where quasi-optically fed mixer integrated with annular slots. High gain and wide-band have been obtained. A modified alternating-direction implicit (ADI) pseudo-spectral time-domain (PSTD) approach was applied for analyzing the fabrication and a hybrid matrix manipulation technique for efficient antenna array modeling. Numerical simulations have verified the design at its distributed stages presenting very good agreement with the experimental data.
