Abstract :
By employing one-order Brillouin frequency shifter to nest a two-order one, a three-order Brillouin frequency shifter is formed. A triple-Brillouin-frequency spaced multiwavelength Brillouin-erbium fiber laser (MBEFL) is experimentally demonstrated by incorporating the Brillouin frequency shifter into a ring cavity.
