  • Abstract
    The economic emission load dispatch procedure in electric power systems treat economic and emission impact as competing objectives, which requires some form of conflict resolution to achieve a solution. This disadvantage can be overcome by using this proposed algorithm of artificial neural network (ANN) applied to combined economic and emission dispatch using a price penalty factor suitable to large scale system
