Abstract :
Currently NE modelers have gained a lot of interest in understanding the processes from NE conceptual models to NE models. Many methods are proposed for NE conceptual models and NE models respectively, but these methods are not sufficient to describe the process from conceptual model to model. In order to solve this problem, a method based on ontology and meta-model is proposed considering the function of ontology and meta-model themselves. Based on the study of NE, entities and interaction relationships are given in detail, then BE simulation conceptual models are presented by Ontology Web Language(OWL), and meta-ontology terms are used to implement the relationship between NE conceptual model and meta-model, all components in models are mapped to those in meta-models, at last a NE model is implemented on NE meta-models.
