The connotation of project management is a carrier of training person, in an actual production circumstances, students who pass through a specific project design, implementation of the theory of knowledge and expertise of the master and gain practical work experience, independent and comprehensive exercise. The quality of electronic commerce is all the business by electronic means. Our small and medium-sized enterprises numerous small and medium-sized enterprises, to strengthen the development of e-commerce, for survival and development of small and medium businesses providing a new business opportunities of practical significance.
