Abstract :
This article is based on human capital theory, selecting statistics of fiscal expenditure on education of Sichuan province (ZC) and absolute poverty population (RK) in Sichuan province in year 2000 to 2009, applying methods concluding unit root test, cointegration test and grand causal analysis methods to do empirical research on both quantitative relationship, and concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship and unidirectional causality between them; and using the impulse response function and variance decomposition to do dynamic analysis of the causality between them, the results show that the impact strength of financial education expenditure on absolute poverty population is more and more remarkable with extensions of the time. Accordingly, this article gives related suggestions.
