Technology entrepreneurship that is based on high-level or applicable technology is a transformation of inventions and innovation into entrepreneurial performance through the allocation of resources in a unique way. It´s an emerging hot spot in the study of entrepreneurship. Technology entrepreneurship education is an education system with the objective of developing technology entrepreneurs´ competence and comprehensive quality. Taking the practice of entrepreneurship education in Zhejiang University City College as an example, this essay constructs a modularized education system that aims at developing certain entrepreneurial qualities through decomposing the dimensions of technology entrepreneurial qualities. By constructing and connecting the links of modularized entrepreneurship cultivation system, schools can effectively integrate multi-disciplinary resources of technology entrepreneurship education and social business network to meet the high requirement of business skills, knowledge content and comprehensive ability, to improve the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological resources into business, and eventually, to increase the success rate of technology entrepreneurship.
