Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to test and verify Electronic-business (E-B) Capability Conceptual Model based on content analysis of the interviews with the top managers about their views and experiences of E-B implementation published on some important websites proposed in our former study [1]. A survey methodology was used to test the theoretical model. From descriptive statistical analysis, item analysis, and factor analysis on 72 data, we complement and improve the former theoretical model from 23 items to 20 items, and decompose E-B managerial skills and E-B technology resources from enterprise internal and external point of view to two sub-dimensions separately. Our research will help organizations to identify and obtain sustained competitive advantage through E-B application.
