Abstract
A mathematical model of the eye is presented which establishes the relationship between ocular blood pressure (OBP) and ocular pulse waveform (OPW). This relationship is best described by first showing the relationship between the OBP and intraocular pressure (IOP), and then showing the relationship between the IOP and OPW. The model, together with the carotid vascular system and carotid stenosis, is necessary for the study of the ocular pulse
