Seeking information using web-based technology or other information and communication technology (ICT) based tools are very popular in learning progress for students. This kind of search by new technological tools provided very helpful means for students to achieve more useful information. It is useful to most college students to learn about the basic application and the features of these search tools based on new technologies. In this paper, the basic knowledge of several important seeking tools based on ICT are introduced, the function and their own characteristics are also explained.
