Abstract :
Optical orthogonal codes (OOCs) have been applied in OCDMA system because of their good correlation properties, especially the (n,w,1) optimal optical orthogonal codes. In this paper, based on block design and O-plus theory, the relationship between optimal optical orthogonal codes and O-plus Matrix is presented. One method, which could construct strict-optimal optical orthogonal codes, is proposed based on O-plus Matrix. It has high simulation efficiency, saves the code length and has the maximum capacity of Johnson Bound. Besides, the good correlation properties of codewords prove the validity of this method.
