Abstract :
Once again Montreal is host of our prestigious Canadian Conference, the “Electrical Power & Energy Conference” 2009 (EPEC´ 2009). This Conference is a major annual event and is the proud achievement of IEEE Canada, made possible by the efforts of our dedicated and able volunteers.
