Game analysis of stakeholders´s behavior for rural public goods supply in Public-Private Partnerships

As the goal is inconsistent, the stakeholder always makes the best choice for himself when facing the decision-making opportunity. This article analyzed the stakeholder´s behavior in Public-Private Partnerships for supply rural public goods in economic model. The game analysis shows that, to perfect mutually restricted mechanism is the primary problem of Public-Private Partnerships. At last, proposing some suggestions for improving the Public-Private Partnerships.
