Abstract
The reliability of the estimation of anatomical parameters of liver circulation is evaluated. A model and a set of experimental procedures that allow the estimation of these parameters are presented. An error analysis was performed to evaluate the reliability of the flow estimates, and results are presented. Even if the model is completely identifiable only, the estimate errors of the arterial and the portal trunk flows are acceptable
