Abstract :
In this paper, a space-time, block-coded (STBC) multicarrier code-division multiple-access (MC-CDMA) system in multipath fading channel is proposed, and the performance of the system is analyzed. The corresponding bit error rate (BER) expression is derived for asynchronous uplink using maximum ratio combining (MRC). The BER numerical results show that the better performance of the STBC-MC-CDMA system can be achieved with two receive antennas.
