Abstract
In surveillance system, because of vidicon and object moveing, the images of a object are very different, a method which can identify objects nicely is required. The wavelet moment has the invariant of translation, scaling and rotation, so it is applid to distill images´ eigenvalues. In this paper, a ameliorative SCNN (Self-organized Competitive Neural Nework) classes objects. The results show that this system is practical, reliable and timely.
