Abstract
The SRP version 3 circuit simulator is proposed to select two relaxation-based algorithms of the Gauss-Seidel method (GSM) for von Neumann type computers and the Gauss-Jacobi method for parallel or neural computers. SRP version 3 has been programmed by UNIX C language on a Sun 3/60 engineering workstation. Adaptive virtual capacitors, fundamental cutset equations, and an error-collecting learning method are discussed. Simulation results based on both algorithms are given for a TTL inverter chain
