Abstract :
In SCTP (stream control transport protocol) is one of the primary signaling transport protocols in NGN. We proposed PPBCTC (parametric perturbation based chaotic traffic control) method. By this method, the " sensitive dependence on initial conditions" of the SCTP traffic can be reduced. Simulation results show that this method has reduced the "butterfly effect" of SCTP traffic.
