Abstract :
This paper presents the design, model and development of a prototype application for the allocation of radio spectrum using constraints programming techniques. Using a methodology for constraint application development as a web service that describes the necessary steps to allow a constraints based application to be used from a web browser. Finally, with the development of a prototype application for spectrum allocation, we seek to create a precedent for the creation and design of a tool that allows the management of radio spectrum taking into account all the physical, economic and legal issues that affect the process of spectrum allocation.
