Abstract :
Although the grey forecasting model has been successfully adopted in quality prediction control field and demonstrated to have promising results, its performance still could be further improved. For this purpose, a grey dynamic model group based on GM(1, 1) model to solve this problem is presented by founding a series of grey models. In this paper, firstly, adopting GM (1, 1) model based on grey forecasting method which can predict product quality characteristics in order to achieve the purpose of control is introduced. Then, the improved model based on grey forecasting method is proposed to improve the precision degree of the original GM(1, 1) model. Finally, a product quality prediction case is provided to illustrate the applicability and validity of the improved model.
