After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Strengthening the construction of sustainability is the base for region development and the evaluation becomes a focus for capacity of regional sustainable development these days. Evaluation system of the capacity for sustainable development was constructed from spatial variation in this paper; the capacity for sustainable development was analyzed by multivariate statistics. Five synthetic factors were extracted and the sort of synthetic sustainability was given: coastal cities ahead and interior cities behind.
