Abstract
This paper presents a novel method to analyse asymmetrical transverse slit in microstrip line. There are three longitudinal parts holding the lengths of d1, d2 and d3 in the z direction from left to right. Transversally the part 1, 2 and 3 are divided into N, M and K parallel transmission lines respectively. Determinations of MTL´s parameters involved in the analysis such as mode propagation constant gamma, characteristic impedance ZC, current decoupling factor TI and voltage decoupling factor TV versus inductance and capacitance matrices have been explained in detail in literature.
