            Abstract : 
A fast, simple, and accurate CMOS integrated circuit which is capable of producing a DC output voltage proportional to the input time interval is presented. Circuit configuration offers fast dynamic response and nominally zero output ripple, even when operating with low-frequency signals. The converter´s overall performance (as tested by PSPICE) makes it suitable for low-frequency applications in instrumentation, measurement, and control systems
