The Northeast China leading industries were chosen and their development strategies were analyzed. The Northeast China industry economic data of recent years was utilized. The contribution rate of each industry to the Northeast China economy increase was analyzed. The input-output method was used to analyze industry relationship degree in the Northeast China. The result was show that some industries were leading industry such as the agriculture non-staple food product processing industry, chemistry raw material and the chemical product manufacturing industry, ferrous metal smelting and extends presses industry, the general purpose equipment manufacturing industry, the traffic facilities manufacturing industry, the electric power, the fuel gas and the water production and the supply industry, the wholesale and the retail trade catering industry and so on. Leading industries development opportunity and the existence question were analyzed. The leading industry development strategy of the Northeast China was brought forward.
