To a certain extent, BT mode relieve financial constraint dilemma of government infrastructure construction, which is continuously applied to Chinese municipal infrastructure project in recent year. However theory research related to the BT mode lags behind practical application comparably .This paper researches the difference between BT mode and others´ finance mode in close connection with BT mode. Several project financing modes that have close relation to the BT mode, consisting of BOT mode, TOT mode, ABS mode, chiefly analyzed from franchise financing risk financing scope, project cost, and payback and so on of the perspectives in the paper. Additionally, to the distinction between the BT mode and loan contract mode, it primarily differentiates from legality, subject status and project investment risk and so on of respects.
