After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

During the period of the higher education transfer from the denotative development to the connotative development, the universities should continuously improve their teaching quality and teaching level. And highlighting the features and advantages of the universities becomes an urgent need for higher education. Some practices are described about changing the education concept, innovating the training mode of undergraduates and outstanding the characteristics of our university according to the needs of the situation in the paper
