Abstract :
A simple triangle and/or ramp-like pulse generator especially designed for CMOS monolithic implementation is described. An external capacitor is used to set the width of the base of the triangle, and a pulse-like waveform generator determines the period of the pulses. The basic building blocs of the triangle pulse generator consist of a voltage integrator, two voltage comparators, and two D-type flip-flops
