Abstract
We demonstrate a fiber-Bragg-grating-based add-drop multiplexer in an amplified multiwavelength multichannel AM video lightwave transport network. The adding, dropping, and passing-through operations are achieved with satisfied carrier-to-noise ratio/composite second order/composite triple beat (CNR/CSO/CTB) quality. The channel crosstalk countermeasure and performance improvements are also discussed.
