Knowledge is ans essential resource underlying business processes that create value for a firm. There is a fundamental difference in the competitiveness of companies depending on their ability to manage knowledge resource, and the survival of company may be determined by its ability to utilize this knowledge resource in a way that complement other resources. It is crucial for companies to adapt themselves to new environment and maintain and secure their competitive advantage in order to create revenue and survive. In other words, for companies to survive, innovation is critical. Companies will not be capable of increasing the value-added or expanding their core capabilities to ratchet up competitiveness unless the share such new knowledge are shared among their internal members. This study established the research model and put forward six hypotheses in an attempt to explore the relationship among the influential factors related to knowledge sharing, knowledge-sharing, and the innovation of team. The effect of each factor was examined by classifying the preceding factors of knowledge-sharing into several categories such as personal factor, organizational factor, and technical factor. The results of study suggested that the pleasure of knowledge-sharing, support of executives, reward of organization, and utilization of system had a positive impact on the knowledge-sharing. However, it was found that the self-efficacy did not have significant effect on the knowledge-sharing. In addition, it turned out that the know- edge-sharing activities had a significant effect on the innovation activities of team. In the future, research, it is necessary to clarify the concept of knowledge-sharing, the parameter, more clearly. And researches need to be carried out to explain the results of knowledge-sharing and achievement of innovation from comprehensive perspective by considering the achievement of innovation, the outcome of innovation activities.
