  • Abstract
    Several impedance scalers for the implementation of IC active filters are proposed. The structures can be used for the reduction of the spread of the components in active filters. Also, the scaling up of capacitors and/or resistors make feasible the integration of large time constants. Although the proposed techniques are implemented by using MOS transistors better results should be obtained if BiCMOS technologies are employed
