With the increase of education scope recent years, the qualities of higher education are challenged. The issue about higher education management becomes one of the hot topics in the new era. Based on the analysis of existed education management mode, Transmission-type Teaching Administration is suggested in this paper. It fully reflects the characteristics of students´ self-management, self-communication and self-learning, also emphasizes the important role of high grade students in education system, stimulates the curiosity of students and improves theoretic knowledge level and practical abilities of students. According to the research, we discovered an effective pattern to make our students not be bookworm any more, the problem of teacher resources shortage is solved, the quality of education is enhanced and a complete set of transmission-type education system is formed.
