In the process of rapid development of world economy, global climate change has steered the world to the low-carbon economy. While the development of low-carbon economy has greatly promoted the emerging of of financial innovation, that is, the carbon finance. This paper has comprehensively analyzed in the low carbon economy and the development of our carbon finance, put forward some existing problems occurred during the development of financial markets, and also offered the relative suggestions.
